Substitution Policy
To make our Substitution Policy simple, we follow these important steps; get it
there on time and make it fresh and beautiful.
1) Deliver on time:

If we or any of our affiliates be out of a particular decorative item or
decorative element such as a specific basket or vase, we may substitute an item
or element of similar or higher value to ensure your gift arrives on time. In
making substitutions, we take great care and consideration in finding gifts
that will meet or exceed the expectations of both the gift giver and recipient.
2) Make it nice and beautiful:

Together with our affiliates, we will use the freshest flowers. Hence, we may need to substitute depending on seasonal
and international availability. The appearance of the floral arrangements featured gives a good guideline. However, our
creative team will professionally recreate designs based on their creative interpretation.
The "look and feel" of our arrangements featured will remain the same, with our florists paying careful attention to
overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.

In single-variety arrangements only, variety will take preference over color. For instance, if a florist is out of "yellow
tulips," they will substitute another color of tulips, not another yellow flower.
Delivery Policy
All deliveries will be made on the same day for all orders received before
12:00 PM (excluding holidays and festive seasons). Otherwise the deliveries
will be made on the next day, or on the first day of the following week if you
happened to make your order on Sunday or late Saturday. Please check our
delivery schedule for delivery times. Please be noted that deliveries on
specific time may require prior arrangement.
For Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other special dates where flowers
traditionally are in high demand, please submits your order at least two days
in advance to guarantee the availability of stocks. Special arrangements have
to be made with us to accommodate orders for deliveries on public holidays
and/or Sundays. Kindly acknowledge us earlier (1 to 2 days) for deliveries to
be made on Sunday and Saturday ie. by Friday or Thursday. Please check our
delivery zone for delivery areas.
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, we may choose to:
1) We will call the recipient to rearrange the delivery time.
2) Leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call
Myflowerflorist.com and arrange a convenient time for redelivery.
3) Leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's
door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf.
4) If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the flower
arrangement to their place of work.

All prices listed are in Ringgit Malaysia.

Product contents in all arrangements are subject to stock availability. When an item is not available, the closest substitute of a similar value will be used.

Prices quoted are not applicable for special occasions. For example, delivery around Valentine’s Day has different prices.
We deliver your order upon receipt of payment.

We will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery. Please provide at least a 3 hours range for delivery. However,
we will try to accommodate delivery at exact timing.

As our main core product “flowers” are perishable items, therefore kindly revert back to us as soon as possible if there is any problem. All repay fund requests will be dealt on a case-by-case basis.

All items purchased from Myflowerflorist.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Please notify us immediately if you encounter any problem upon receipt of the
flowers or gifts. Due to most of our products are perishable items, we reserve
the right to refuse a request for refund if such request is not received by us
on a timely basis.
Seasonal conditions may affect the supply of certain kind of flowers. Specific
colors may not always be available. We reserve the right to substitute the
flower contents as to fulfill your floral and container requirements with an
equal or higher value. The dimensions shown for arrangements are merely an
approximation and general guideline of the flowers' arrangement sizes.
Containers shown may not always be available as well. In these circumstances,
alternative containers of similar value and style will be used.
Prices shown are not for Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Prices for these two
celebrations will be announced two weeks on this site prior to the
celebrations.
If under certain unfortunate circumstances whereby your credit card transaction
has been approved and yet we were unable to fulfill your order, we would
attempt to fulfill the order again, subject to your preference. We would do our
best to deliver you the best flower arrangement and services.
